Oman Investors Say Shipping Investments Have Been Profitable
In Oman, the Port of Salalah has achieved a significant milestone in it’s shipping history. Since it opened, it has processed nearly 30 million TEUs of shipping containers, and experts have forecasted; that number will rise. Furthermore, many look at the Port of Salalah, to be the best location for the Middle East trade, as well as other regions; such as East Africa and the Indian Subcontinent.

Since the Port of Salalah first opened 14 years ago, it has become one of the top 30 ports in the world, and surpassed all expectations. In addition to winning numerous awards over the course of this time, it has also broken the world record for productivity, on two occasions.
